Our products are shipped from fulfillment centers located in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Hong Kong. The warehouse assigned to your order depends solely on where the specific bracelet model is available at the time of purchase. Because our logistics system is fully automated through Shopify, orders are handled as quickly and efficiently as possible. We perform frequent stock checks to ensure that every item meets our quality standards.

Due to high demand and ongoing global shipping delays, processing times may take slightly longer than usual. Please allow an additional 1–4 business days for order handling. Estimated delivery times will appear at checkout.

This website and the items offered here are not intended for purchase, delivery, or use within the European Union, including France.
Any order placed with a destination inside the EU will be automatically cancelled.

Our content, offers, and pricing are designed ONLY for customers located outside the European Union — such as the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and other permitted regions.

By using this website, you confirm that you do not reside within the European Union and agree not to request delivery to any restricted country.

Shipping generally takes 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location (not counting weekends, holidays, or unexpected courier delays).
Processing time is 1–3 business days, but during busy periods it can extend to 7–10 business days.

Delivery times are approximate and depend on your region, local postal services, and customs procedures.

Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes required by their country.

We ship your order exactly as the address is provided to us. Once your package arrives in your country, your local postal service takes over the delivery process. If any issue arises after the parcel reaches your country, the customer must contact their local post office directly.

For customers ordering from the United States, a tracking number will be emailed once your order has been dispatched. If tracking does not update immediately, please allow 1–2 business days.

All goods are imported on behalf of the buyer. By purchasing, you authorize ForeverPaws to manage the importation process or to delegate it to a third party. Any taxes or duties applied upon entry are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returned packages that are not our fault may be reshipped at the customer's expense. Refunds for such returns will be issued minus the shipping cost originally paid by the sender.

If you return an item, we strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of returned packages.


FAQ

LOST PACKAGES
Please ensure that both your billing and delivery address are correct at checkout. If you notice an error, you must notify us within 24 hours of placing the order.
If the package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a refund will only be issued once the parcel arrives back at our warehouse (shipping fees excluded), or we can reship it once the correct address is provided.

If your package has already been shipped and you notice an address error, contact us immediately. We will do our best to assist before the parcel is returned.

CUSTOMS CHARGES
Once items have been shipped, we are not responsible for customs fees or import duties.
By completing a purchase, you agree that one or more shipments may arrive and may be subject to customs charges in your country.

TRACKING INFORMATION
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or junk folder.

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME.”
Some carriers need 2–5 business days to update tracking information.
If more than 5 business days have passed and there is still no update, please contact us.

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?
Yes — cancellations are accepted within 6 hours of placing the order.
If the item has already been shipped, the order can no longer be cancelled.
