At ForeverPaws, our mission is to provide high-quality products and compassionate customer care. We want every supporter to feel confident with their purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day satisfaction period. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, you can reach us at hello.foreverpaws@hotmail.com.

Order cancellations or changes can be requested within 6 hours of placing your order. Please note that we work quickly to process shipments, so this time frame is not guaranteed. Once the order has been handled by our fulfillment team, it can no longer be modified or canceled.

Returns & Store Credit
We accept returns of unused items in their original condition and packaging within 14 days. For hygiene and safety reasons, returns are eligible for store credit only, not cash refunds. This credit can be used toward any future purchase on our website.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Custom-made, personalized items, bulk purchases, and gift cards are non-returnable due to their tailored nature.

To request a return, email us at hello.foreverpaws@hotmail.com within 14 days of receiving your package. Please include your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.

Once your return is approved and processed, store credit will be issued within 14 business days. If you do not see your credit after this period, please contact your payment provider for further assistance.

We cannot offer refunds or credit for products that have been used, worn, damaged through regular wear, or mishandled. We are also unable to refund orders affected by customer error, such as incorrect shipping information.

All credits are issued in the original purchase currency. Any fees related to exchange rates or conversion are the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged Items
We take great care to ensure that your accessories arrive safely. If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Send an email to hello.foreverpaws@hotmail.com with clear photos of the damage so we can review your case and arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Items damaged from regular use or misuse are not eligible for replacement.

Shipping & Delivery
While we aim for fast and reliable delivery, delays can occur due to courier issues, customs, or other external factors. For inquiries regarding delivery problems, we recommend contacting the courier directly.

ForeverPaws is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or stolen during transit.

Fraud Prevention
To protect our customers and our organization, we verify billing and shipping details and actively monitor transactions for suspicious activity. Additional information may be requested to confirm an order’s authenticity. If fraudulent activity is suspected, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify the customer.

Policy Changes
ForeverPaws may update or modify this Exchanges & Returns Policy at any time. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the latest version before purchasing. By placing an order with ForeverPaws, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
